My focus is relentlessly on traits that will provide for people to achieve positive lasting change in their behaviours. We have most likely developed hard and functional skills but the chances are that soft skills, behaviours and emotions have been neglected or even worse ignored.
We will create behaviours, beliefs and mindsets that will allow us to: participate in or become leaders of high performing teams; handle difficult conversations; provide feed(forward)back effectively or find the next role we are looking for. A better understanding of ourselves and greater level of self-compassion and emotional agility will provide for: greater clarity in our thinking; improved performance and a more assured search for that next role.
